El Corredor is a mixed use development consisting of 226 residential units and five free-standing commercial buildings. Schneider designed three different apartment building types, a recreation center/clubhouse, and tenant garages. The project utilized wood framing for all aspects of the structural support system. The foundations consisted of post?tensioned raft foundations for all building types.
